Kirk's meditation methods changed my Life.
"Teach me how to meditate, Kirk!" – one of the smartest things I ever said.
One year earlier I had felt like my life was a house of cards tumbling down around me. My ten-year relationship was in shambles; my work was a major souce of stress; even the good things in my life had a sour taste to them. My doctor put me on a highly addictive sleep aid and an anti-depressant that made me feel sick and gain weight. Somewhere inside of me, I knew this wasn't who I was.
Through some mystical twist of fate, I met Kirk Phillips and shortly after learning his meditation methods, my life changed.
Kirk not only taught me his meditation techniques, but through this practice I learned (or should I say I re-learned) how to live – and not just how to survive but to really live with love and purpose. And when that happened my live changed almost without effort.
I learned much more than how to meditate. I learned how to listen to myself, to live consciously, and to be present. What I learned from Kirk's meditation method goes beyond words. Only the changes in my life and, more importantly, the changes within myself hold my true testament.
Today, my life is back on track, my relationship is strong, I'm working in a field I love, and I'm getting closer to my financial goals. Thank you Kirk for teaching me that true power comes from within! – P. La Bella

Endorphins are a category of neurotransmitters that the body uses as an internal pain killer. These compounds are also responsible for the all-encompassing sense of happiness we sometimes feel. Endorphins are thought to reduce blood pressure and have been linked in the fight against cancer.
DHEA enhances memory, alleviates depression, and causes a remarkable improvement in a person's sense of psychological and physical well-being.
Melatonin is a hormone manufactured in the brain People who meditate are able to maintain healthy levels of melatonin by reducing stress and restoring balance.
Serotonin influences over your mood and behavior.
Depleted serotonin levels are directly linked to depression, obesity, insomnia,
Cortisol is the one hormone you want less amounts of and meditation is proven to significantly decrease this harmful hormone. Higher and more prolonged levels of Cortisol, an age accelerating hormone, in the bloodstream has been found to have effects such as decreased bone density, elevated blood pressure, suppressed thyroid function, weakened cognitive performance, chronic stress, blood sugar imbalances such as hyperglycemia, decrease in muscle tissue, lowered immunity and inflammatory responses in the body, increased abdominal fat (which is related to many more health problems than fat deposited in other areas of the body), heart attacks, strokes, increased levels of "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and decreased levels of "good" cholesterol (HDL).
